EY-Parthenon is seeking an experienced Director in Energy Lead Advisory to drive M&A; transactions in Australia. You will work with energy project developers, investors, financiers and public sector stakeholders to deliver value and capital solutions supporting the energy transition.

The role is hybrid, based in Naarm–Melbourne or Warrang–Sydney, with leadership across origination, diligence and deal execution.
