About the role n
You manage the daily operation of the Health Club.
n You create a welcoming space where members feel supported and safe.
n You guide members through training, fitness testing, and program design.
n You maintain equipment, pool, and spa standards.
n You respond to enquiries and assist with bookings.
Key duties n
n
- Maintain a professional and friendly gym environment
n
- Assess member fitness levels and track progress
n
- Design tailored training programs
n
- Supervise safe use of gym equipment and facilities
n
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions
n
- Clean and inspect machines and training areas
n
- Test and record pool and spa water chemistry
n
- Respond to phone and email enquiries
n
Essential requirements nn
- Certificate III and IV in Fitness
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
n
n
Applicants with Certificate III who are studying Certificate IV and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
n Previous industry experience is valued but not required.
Work schedule n
n
- Monday to Friday position
n
- Morning and evening availability required
n
- Occasional weekend support when needed
