The Harvey Norman O'Connor Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused 2IC to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a 2IC, you have an understanding of retail management, life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.

To be successful you must: n

What we require: nn
- Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
n
- A high level of White Goods product knowledge to support customer queries
n
- Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
n




- Have the ability to maximise sales, assist with coaching, leading and engaging an enthusiastic team
n
- Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
n
- Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
n
- Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
n
- Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
n
- Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
