Seasonal Administration Assistants – Cherry Harvest

Reid Fruits is one of Tasmania’s leading cherry producers, and we’re gearing up for another busy harvest season. We’re looking for agile, organised, and confident Administration Assistants to join our team across multiple locations supporting both orchard and pack-house operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced horticulture environment. Training will be provided, with the option to start in November .

About the Role n

Assist with recruitment and onboarding of seasonal pickers and packers

n

Support daily administrative tasks across orchard and packhouse

n

Maintain accurate records and data entry

n

Coordinate rosters, scheduling, and staff communication

n





Provide general administrative support to management and supervisors

About You n

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

n

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills

n

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

n

Able to work independently and manage competing priorities

n

Previous admin experience is valued, but a 'can do' attitude and reliability are essential
