Charge Up Operators/Shotfirers | FIFO or DIDO n

We're looking for experienced Charge Up Operators/Shotfirers to support the development of a new ore body in one of Australia's most established mining regions in NSW.

n

These are casual positions on a 2/2 rotating roster FIFO from Sydney or Brisbane – or DIDO for NSW-based candidates. Lock in stable, long-term work with great conditions and a robust safety culture.

What’s on Offer: n

- $85 - $90 per hour – casual + super paid on all hours worked
n
- FIFO from Brisbane or Sydney OR DIDO from regional NSW
n
- Camp accommodation and meals provided
n

What you'll do: nn
- Conduct charge-up and blasting activities in production areas
n
- Safely manage explosives, storage, and transport
n
- Perform pre- and post-blast inspections
n
- Work to development plans and targets while maintaining safety requirements
n
- Communicate effectively with the shift team and supervisors
n





What you’ll need: nn
- A valid NSW BEUL (Blasting Explosives User Licence)
n
- Proven experience in underground charge-up operations
n
- Sound knowledge of development and production miningA strong safety-focus
n
- The ability to work well in a team
n
- Applicants must have full Australian working rights; sponsorship is not available.
