The Early Learning Hub, part of the Early Learners Of (ELO) Group, is growing and we are looking for passionate Educators to join our dedicated team in Wilton.
n

As a full-time Educator, you will help create meaningful learning experiences for children aged 0 to 5 years. You will play an important role in supporting each child’s confidence, curiosity, wellbeing and development while building strong relationships with families and colleagues.
What you’ll be doing n
n
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
n
- Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where children feel secure, supported and inspired to learn
n
- Observe, document and assess children’s learning and use these insights to create meaningful, individualised experiences
n
- Build warm and trusting relationships with children and families
n
- Work collaboratively with a passionate team of educators and leaders
n
- Contribute ideas and help continuously improve our educational programs and learning environments
n
- Support the health, safety and wellbeing of every child
n
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures
n
What we’re looking for nn
- A Certificate III or Diploma, or an approved equivalent
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
- A strong understanding of child development and contemporary early childhood practice
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A positive,
collaborative and professional approach
n
- A commitment to creating inclusive and engaging learning environments
n
- A current Working with Children Check
n
- Current first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them
n
- Responsible Person experience, or an interest in developing into a leadership role
n
- Experience in a long day care or preschool workplace is highly regarded, although we also welcome applications from enthusiastic educators who are ready to grow their careers with the right support.
