Registered Nurse (RN) – GP Clinic | Casual | $42–$55/hr|16-24 hours n

The Role

n

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual basis .

n

This is a direct, hands‑on general practice role working alongside our GPs and reception team to run our treatment room and keep clinical operations moving smoothly.

n

What you’ll be doing:

n

Treatment Room Operations: Wound care, immunisations, travel vaccines, ECGs, and general observations.

n

Clinical Assisting: Assisting GPs with minor procedures and skin excisions.

n

Infusions & Procedures: Running iron infusions and IV therapy setup.

n

Chronic Disease Support: Assisting with health assessments and care plans.

n

Compliance & Stock: Maintaining infection control standards, cold chain management,



and keeping treatment rooms stocked.

n

Software & Notes: Accurate clinical documentation in Best Practice.

n

What we’re looking for:

n

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

n

Minimum 6 months General Practice experience (preferred, but strong clinical nurses transitioning from hospital roles are welcome).

n

Experience with Best Practice software (highly regarded).

n

Skills in IV therapy / Iron infusions (highly regarded).

n

A practical, calm approach and the ability to manage treatment room flow independently.

What We Offer:

Casual Rate: $42 – $55 per hour + super (commensurate with GP nursing experience).

n

Hours: Daytime business hours only - no weekend work!

n

Workplace: A friendly, close-knit team located right by the beach in Scarborough

n

Stability: Regular casual shifts (16-24hrs, Monday, Tuesday & Friday availability highly regarded)
