What You ll Be Doing n

- Construction scheduling Allocate trades, book suppliers, and manage build timelines
n
- Workflow coordination Keep supervisors, trades, and clients updated
n
- Timeline management Spot delays early and adjust schedules proactively
n
- System updates Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
n
- Stakeholder communication Build strong relationships with trades and internal teams
n

What You ll Bring n

- Experience in residential construction scheduling or coordination
n
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple custom builds at once
n
- Solid understanding of build stages and trade sequencing

- Confidence using construction software and admin systems
