nThe Chance n

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer to join our Mackay-based team. This is a residential role (not FIFO) working across a variety of civil construction projects.
n
nKey Responsibilities n
n
Leadership: Provide direct support and guidance to site teams, supervisors, and leading hands.
n
n
Project Control: Work with management and estimating teams to ensure projects hit milestones on time and under budget.
n
n
Ensure compliance with QA, and client requirements.
n
n
Safety: Champion a "Safety First" culture, ensuring all works meet WHS and Risk Management standards.
n
nWhat You Bring: n
n
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering.
n
n
Proven experience as a Project Engineer within civil construction.
n
n
Strong background in earthworks and concreting projects.
n
n
Sound understanding of contracts, cost control, and project delivery.
n
n
Experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is advantageous.
n
n
The ability to pivot between competing timelines and resource needs.
n
n
Full Australian working rights.
n
n
Based in Mackay or willing to relocate (Residential role).
n
n
Ability to travel (in Company vehicle) to client sites within the region on an as required basis.
