This is a hands-on, varied role combining warehouse operations, furniture deliveries and customer service. It would suit an organised all-rounder who enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing a job properly and is happy to help wherever needed.

Key responsibilities n

- Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock
n
- Completing receiving paperwork accurately
n
- Loading and unloading trucks
n
- Assembling and preparing furniture
n
- Delivering furniture to customers' homes
n
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
- Assisting customers with furniture sales
n
- Processing payments and handling cash
n
- Keeping the warehouse and store organised
n
- Supporting other store locations when required
n

- Dependable, punctual and well organised
n
- Communicates confidently with customers and colleagues
n
- Takes pride in presenting themselves and their work professionally
n




- Can work independently and as part of a team
n
- Comfortable performing physical and hands-on duties
n
- Willing to learn and take on different responsibilities
n
- MR licence—preferred but not essential
n
- Forklift licence—preferred but not essential
n
