RBA Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Oatley on a 10-month maternity leave contract, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

n

This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety. One day you might be creating social media content, the next updating a website, designing a brochure, working on a Google Ads campaign or helping bring a larger marketing project to life.

n

About the Role n

As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll support marketing activities across RBA Group and our associated brands, working across digital marketing, content creation, graphic design and campaign delivery.

Responsibilities Marketing & Digital n

n
- Create engaging content for our social media channels, monitor mentions and respond to customer queries.
n
- Create, manage and update content across our websites to support sales, lead generation and customer enquiries.
n
- Write clear, compelling and customer-focused copy for digital and traditional marketing activities.
n
- Manage marketing projects independently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
n
- Create content for and manage platforms includingGoogle Ads and Google Merchant Center, including keyword optimisation and campaign improvements.
n
- Monitor campaign performance, gather data and assist with reporting, analysis and insights.
n
- Support email campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.

Graphic Design & Content nn
- Design high-quality, accurate marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines.
n
- Create and update brochures, technical datasheets and installation instructions.
n
- Produce website graphics, social media content and email campaign assets.
n




- Assist with the creation and editing of video content.
n
- Maintain consistency and accuracy across marketing materials and multiple brands.
n

Marketing Support nn
- Assist the Marketing Manager with CRM and other marketing‑related tasks.
n
- Manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations effectively.
n
- Take ownership of your workload and prioritise tasks according to marketing and business objectives.
n
- Work collaboratively with the wider team while being confident managing projects independently.
n

Essentials nn
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
n
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
n
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail.
n
- A positive, practical and proactive attitude.
n

Nice to Have n

n
- 1–2 years' experience in marketing, communications and/or graphic design.
n
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, graphic design or a related discipline.
n
- Experience with Canva.
n
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
n
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
n
- Experience with digital advertising or campaign reporting.
