As a Systems Support - System Analyst, you’ll provide third-level support, help drive system uptime and resolution outcomes, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of key business platforms.
n
Working in a cooperative global environment, you’ll partner with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of system changes and enhancements.
n

What you will do:
n
n
- Provide third-level support for business-critical systems and escalated queries from Global Supply and Selling Partners
n
- Investigate, analyse, and resolve business and system-related issues to minimise disruption and improve user experience
n
- Deliver setup, maintenance, and support for TravelBox, HotelHub, HELiO, and associated systems
n
- Monitor system performance and communicate findings to vendors and stakeholders where required
n
- Contribute to system enhancements and new projects as a subject matter expert
n
- Develop and maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, and training resources
n
- Provide internal training and demonstrations to support effective use of business systems
n
- Coordinate release management activities with vendors for system modifications and updates
n
- Execute functional testing and review system modification documentation
n
- Communicate system issues, outages, and changes to users and vendors globally
n
- Support software updates, functional enhancements, and change management activities
n
- Proactively recommend process improvements to increase system effectiveness and business outcomes
n
n
What you will need:
n
n
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in an workplace involving information analysis, problem resolution,
and business process improvement
n
- Experience communicating information effectively through written and verbal channels
n
- Experience participating in meetings with business representatives and stakeholders
n
- Exposure to travel systems and an understanding of global booking system complexities is desirable
n
- Customer service experience within a support environment is desirable
n
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills
n
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
n
