Job Description

Pivot Wealth in Sydney is hiring a senior mortgage broker leader to run our lending team. You’ll manage two brokers plus a lending associate, maintain your own loan book, and coordinate weekly with offshore support. The role requires a history of high-volume settlements and people leadership.

In return you’ll receive a base of AUD 135,000–160,000 plus commissions, quarterly bonuses, ESOP participation, and a supportive, growth-focused culture at Pivot.
