Our client is a market leader within their given field that have experienced a lot of growth and only continue to grow. As a result of such growth, our client is seeking a highly motivated bookkeeper based in the south east suburbs.

Responsibilities n

The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to:

n

- Dealing with international payments and currency
n
- Reporting
n
- Invoice processing
n
- Supplier queries and concerns
n
- Reconciliations
n
- Assisting in the processing of fortnightly payroll
n
- Issuing and generating invoices
n
- Credit applications
n
- Allocate and receipt payments
n
- Daily banking
n
- Debt collections
n





The Ideal Candidate n

The successful candidate will posses the following attributes, however not exclusive to:

n

- Has worked in previous roles as a bookkeeper
n
- Has experience within Accounts Payable, Receivables and Payroll
n
- Has experience dealing with foreign currency in previous roles
n
- Ability to work within a team environment
n
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
