Little Peoples Early Learning are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Casual Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our Bowral Team.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for n

Developing, implementing, and assessing high-quality educational programs for children in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework.

n

Observing and evaluating each child's development and adjusting educational programs to meet their needs.

n

Building strong partnership with families to share insights and gain an understanding of each child's unique background.

n

Maintaining accurate documentation and records in line with regulatory standards.

n

Participating in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

n





Promoting an inclusive environment that supports children with diverse needs.

n

Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

You will need: n

A current NSW Working with Children Check

n

A completed ACECQA recognised Certificate III & Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (working towards will be considered)

n

Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices

n

Current First Aid and CPR certificates along with current separate approved Asthma andAnaphylaxis Management certificates

n

Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)

n

Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
