EAM Business Analyst n
12-Month Contract | Brisbane | Hybrid Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced EAM Business Analyst to support a major asset management environment, with a focus on asset data quality, lifecycle processes, information management and process improvement .
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst with experience across Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), asset data, business processes or information management to contribute to the development and improvement of asset lifecycle practices.
About the Role n
You will work closely with senior team members and stakeholders to develop, document and improve asset lifecycle processes, business rules, work instructions and supporting documentation .
n
You will also support improvements to asset data quality and information management, including the transfer of asset information between enterprise systems and field data collection platforms.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Develop, document and maintain asset lifecycle business processes, rules and procedures
n
- Support asset data quality and information management initiatives
n
- Develop business documentation, work instructions, guides and stakeholder-facing content
n
- Research, collate and standardise information to support consistent business advice
n
- Support the transfer and management of asset information across enterprise systems and field data platforms
n
- Assist with the implementation of new workflows and process improvements
n
- Work closely with stakeholders and senior team members to identify and document business requirements
n
- Contribute to continuous improvement across asset lifecycle data management
n
About You n
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who brings:
n
n
- Experience in EAM, Asset Management, asset data or related business environments
n
- Robust business process analysis and documentation skills
n
- Experience developing work instructions, procedures, guides or other business documentation
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly around data quality and information management
n
- Experience working with enterprise systems and/or content management platforms
n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio or similar
n
- A structured and organised approach to managing multiple pieces of work
n
n
Experience with Enterprise Content Management systems or Extended ECM (xECM) will be highly regarded.
The Opportunity n
This is a 12-month contract working within a large-scale asset management environment, providing the opportunity to contribute to meaningful improvements in EAM processes, asset data quality and information management .
