Job Description

Wellways is seeking a compassionate Support Coordinator to help people with disability access supports, build skills and strengthen their networks.

n

You will work with participants to design, manage and exercise choice in their supports, with pro rata hours for a part time arrangement.

n

This role offers training and development, a supportive team, and a commitment to reconciliation and inclusive practice.
