About the Role
n
Reporting to the IT Program Manager, the Integration Business Analyst plays a key role in ST Vic’s technology delivery, supporting the design and delivery of integrations between internal systems and external partners.
n
Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders and technical specialists, the role brings clarity to integration requirements, system and data impacts, and supports delivery through testing and implementation.
n
The responsibilities of the Integration Business Analyst will include, but are not limited to:
n
n
- Driving business analysis activities to define integration, data and interface requirements
n
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions across business and technical teams
n
- Analysing system interactions, data flows, data mapping, business rules and any integration impacts
n
- Translating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and clear integration documentation
n
- Supporting backlog refinement, delivery planning and management of cross-system dependencies
n
- Working closely with solution architects, developers, vendors and external agencies to clarify requirements and resolve gaps
n
- Supporting SIT, UAT and end-to-end integration testing, including defect triage and requirements validation
n
- Supporting implementation, operational readiness and transition into BAU operations
n
n
The successful candidate will be a capable and adaptable business analyst with strong communication skills, sound judgement and a practical approach to solving integration problems.
n
You will be comfortable working across business and technical teams, able to understand complex system and data interactions and turn them into clear, practical requirements.
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline are desirable.
n
- Professional Business Analysis and/or Agile certifications, such as CBAP, CCBA, SAFe or Lean Agile, are highly desirable.
n
- Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
n
n
