Job Description

Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a friendly Disability Support Worker to provide 1:1 community access support for a young gentleman in Queensland. This contractor role offers adaptable shifts, transport reimbursement, and ongoing nurse-led coordination to help the participant attend appointments, visit cafes, shop, and engage in activities that interest him.
