Start Your Career in International Freight Forwarding About the Role n

Working within our Export Sea Freight department, you will learn all aspects of export operations while supporting the coordination of international shipments.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Liaising with customers, shipping lines, transport providers, and overseas agents
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service
n
- Assisting with the coordination of FAK and FCL export shipments
n
- Coordinating bookings, transport arrangements, dangerous goods requirements, container packing, and wharf deliveries
n
- Preparing and processing export documentation
n
- Customer invoicing and administrative support
n
- Obtaining freight rates and preparing customer quotations
n
- Ensuring compliance with Australian Customs and industry regulations
n




- Supporting the export operations team with daily requirements
n

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
n
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
n
- Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office
n
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, administration, customer service, retail, or hospitality will be highly regarded but is not essential
