Job Description

Talent Flare Pty Ltd in Melbourne is recruiting a Business Development Representative to build a qualified sales pipeline for a growing Australian B2B software business. You’ll research accounts, prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels, and book meetings with decision-makers.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, BDM and Marketing, receive practical coaching, and have a transparent pathway toward a BDM or Account Executive role as you prove yourself.
