Role Overview n

micro1 is engaging Creative & Design Specialists to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

n

You'll use your professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs and contribute high-quality human feedback for AI training. Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required. Experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

Scope of Work n

n
- Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance .
n
- Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism .
n
- Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
n
- Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
n
- Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
n
- Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing,



and overall user experience.

- Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.

Preferred Qualifications nn
- 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or related creative fields.
n
- Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
n
- Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work , including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
n
- Strong understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards.
n
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above ).
n
- No formal degree required; practical creative experience is valued.
n
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines in a remote environment.
n
- Reliable internet connection and readiness to begin promptly.
