Food Process Worker - (Multiple Shifts Available)

Location: Altona North, VIC

Pay Rates

- Morning Shift: $33.35/hr + Super

- Afternoon Shift: $38.36/hr + Super

- Night Shift: $41.69/hr + Super

- Saturday Flat Rate: $50.03/hr + Super

- Sunday Pay Rate: $66.70/hr + Super

Available Shift Times

Morning Shift:

- 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Afternoon Shift:

- 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Night Shift:

- 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Food Process Workers and Machine Operators to join the food processing and production team in Altona North. This role involves food production work and packing.



Previous experience in food manufacturing is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Food processing/packing/production work

- Moving pans from racking onto line

- Moving racks into ovens

- Restacking pans into racks

- Packing, sealing and labelling

- Palletising

- Follow batch recipes and production instructions accurately

- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety standards

- Clean and maintain work areas to hygiene standards

- Handle meat and other raw ingredients (must be comfortable handling meat products)

- Assisting Mixers

- Perform manual lifting of up to 25kg

Ideal Candidate

- Prior experience in food manufacturing or willingness to learn

- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual tasks

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Understanding of HACCP and GMP food safety practices

- Possess steel-capped boots and a robust safety mindset

- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to shift schedules

- Must be willing to handle meat products

- Has own transport and full Australian working rights
