n About the role This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll coach, mentor and support a team responsible for insurance enquiries, claims and member outcomes. You'll be the go-to person for guidance, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring the team delivers a consistently high standard of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Insurance Consultants
n
- Creating a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
n
- Monitoring workloads, service levels and operational performance
n
- Managing escalations and building strong stakeholder relationships
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and member experience
n
- Ensuring compliance with risk, governance and regulatory requirements

About you: n

You'll bring a strong understanding of insurance within superannuation or financial services, along with a genuine passion for leadership and developing others.

- Experience in insurance, claims, case management or insurance operations

- Previous leadership, coaching or mentoring experience
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- The ability to balance member outcomes, commercial priorities and service levels
