Melbourne Disability Services (MDS) is seeking an experienced Disability House Manager to lead our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. This role is ideal for a strong leader with SIL experience who can manage staff, compliance, and daily operations while creating a safe and empowering setting for participants.

Key Responsibilities n

Oversee day-to-day operations of SIL homes

n
- n

Lead and support disability support staff

n
- n

Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards

n
- n

Liaise with families, allied health and key stakeholders

n
- n





Support participant goals and positive outcomes

n

Essential Requirements nn
- n

Proven experience in SIL or residential disability leadership

n
- n

Strong knowledge of the NDIS and Quality & Safeguards framework

n
- n

Excellent communication and people management skills

n
- n

Driver’s Licence and relevant clearances

n
