The role n

As one of the first people our patients meet, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional patient experience.

Your day will include:

Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable

- n

Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries

n
- n

Coordinating our clinicians’ schedules

n
- n

Following up patients and helping them stay on track with their dental care

n
- n

Processing payments and general reception administration

n
- n

Working closely with our clinical team to keep each day running smoothly

n
- n

Looking for ways to continually improve the patient experience

n
