Holiday Property Service (HPS) is a well-established and growing business providing professional linen and property services to short-term accommodation providers. We support holiday homes, Airbnb properties, and managed accommodation by delivering high-quality linen, efficient logistics, and reliable service standards.

We are currently seeking a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Operator to support our warehouse and delivery operations.

n

Position: Warehouse Operator

n

Location: Gold Coast, Queensland

n

Roster: Monday to Sunday, depending on operational requirements

Key responsibilities include: n

n
- Preparing linen, consumables, and property bags for scheduled cleaning services
n
- Checking property requirements using Operto
n
- Managing linen, stock, consumables, and warehouse supplies
n
- Assisting cleaners with bag collection and returns
n
- Receiving deliveries and checking stock
n
- Conducting stock counts and reporting shortages or discrepancies
n




- Preparing kitchen and bathroom kits when required
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse
n
- Ensuring the warehouse is prepared for the following day's operations
n

What we’re looking for: nn
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
n
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work 8-hour operational shifts
n
- Comfortable with physical warehouse work, including lifting, moving stock and trolleys
n
- Basic computer/digital skills and willingness to use systems such as Operto
n
- Previous warehouse, linen/laundry, hospitality, housekeeping, inventory, or order-picking experience is desirable, but not essential.
n
- Consistent, ongoing work across a large and growing property portfolio
n
