Field Service Technician - Gates, Doors and Docks n

At Docksafe, we specialise in the installation, service, and repair of loading dock equipment, roller doors, and automated gates across warehouses, logistics hubs, and industrial sites.

We’re seeking reliable and skilled Field Service Technicians (mechanical and electrical) to join our growing Brisbane field service team.

n

This is a mobile role where you'll service equipment on-site, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical faults, and keep our clients’ operations running smoothly.

n

Experience in loading dock equipment, roller doors, automatic gates or similar industrial equipment is advantageous, but not essential.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Diagnose and repair loading dock equipment, automatic gates, and roller doors

n

Perform preventative maintenance and equipment audits

n

Installation & commissioning of current equipment

n

Use our app-based system to log reports and documentation

n





Uphold site safety standards and Docksafe procedures

n

Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders

n

What We’re Looking For

n

Mechanical aptitude – welding and hydraulic knowledge is a plus

n

Electrical troubleshooting experience (an electrical qualification will be an advantage)

n

Ability to work independently and think on your feet

n

Excellent communication and customer service skills

n

Willing to travel across SEQ and northern NSW (occasional overnight stays)
