Job Description

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Victoria (Altona, Sunbury or Maribyrnong). You will lead a 20+ person team, manage daily operations, sales and stock in your specialist area, and report to the Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager.

You will drive Best Experience and Safety Culture, coach and develop your team, handle rostering and store opening/closing, monitor KPIs, and ensure top prices and widest range.
