The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate and experienced Function & Events Supervisor to help lead, inspire and manage our front of house service teams across our Brisbane operations.

This is a full time permanent leadership role responsible for delivering premium service experiences and driving operational excellence across multiple sites.

THE ROLE nn
- Suitable for senior service leaders with a strong hospitality background
n
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
n
- Report directly to the Senior Service Manager
n
- Oversee service from set up through to pack down
n
- Lead & supervise a team of experienced supervisors and service staff
n




- Work closely with clients and the culinary team to ensure seamless delivery
n
- Tuesday to Thursday day shifts and Friday & Saturday night service
n
- 5 day rotating roster
n

ESSENTIALS nn
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar leadership role
n
- Strong background in event service operations
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
n
- Proven ability to lead, train and motivate teams
n
- Highly organized with strong administrative and time management skills
n
- Current RSA and RMLV( Preferable)
n
- Full-time Australian working rights
n
- Commitment to a long-term role (minimum 2 years preferred)
