We’re looking for an experienced sales leader who wants the opportunity to build something of their own within an established global organisation.

As our National Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of building and developing a high-performing Melbourne sales team. You'll recruit excellent people, coach emerging talent and create a team that consistently performs.

Our goal is simple: we want Melbourne to outperform our other global offices.

Who We're Looking For

You’ve led a sales team before and can demonstrate that people became better salespeople under your leadership.

You know how to identify potential, recruit great people, coach performance and motivate different personalities. Most importantly, you know how to turn developing salespeople into confident, successful reps.

You’re ambitious, commercially minded and ready for more ownership than simply maintaining someone else’s team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and Vice Chairman, you’ll be responsible for:





- Recruiting and building a high-performing sales team
- Training and developing new and existing sales professionals
- Coaching sales process, objection handling and closing
- Running regular 1:1s and performance coaching
- Creating a motivated, accountable and high-performance culture
- Retaining and developing your strongest performers
- Driving the team to exceed targets and KPIs

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to be close to their team and directly influence their success.
