Job Description
Aboriginal Hostels (AHL) seeks a Roving Hostel Manager to oversee hostel operations across Leichardt, Tamworth, Newcastle, and Melbourne, ensuring high standards of service, safety and cleanliness while supporting First Nations residents during their stay.

You will provide solid team leadership, drive performance development and continuous improvement, build relationships with local stakeholders, and report to the Operations Management Team while liaising with AHL’s National Office.
