We're currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established commercial builder delivering a new build school project.

This is an 18-24 month contract opportunity offering long term project stability, accommodation provided and LAFHA available for eligible candidates.

The Role n

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard of quality.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Managing site-based construction activities from start to finish
n
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site labour
n
- Driving programme and short-term planning activities
n
- Managing site safety, quality and compliance requirements
n
- Conducting toolbox talks, site inspections and subcontractor coordination meetings
n
- Working closely with the Project Manager to achieve key project milestones
n
- Maintaining strong stakeholder and client relationships on site
n

About You n

To be considered, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
n
- Experience delivering education, government, health, community or large-scale commercial projects
n
- Robust knowledge of site safety, quality and programme management
n
- Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills
n
- Trade or tertiary construction qualifications highly regarded
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
