Job Description
Sofitel is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead service across Esprit Noir and Le Rivage. You’ll be a hands-on leader, guiding the team, coordinating flow and ensuring memorable guest experiences in two distinct Sofitel venues.

You’ll bring solid leadership, excellent communication, a passion for premium beverage service and the ability to manage stock, POS operations and guest feedback. A current RSA and full Australian working rights are required.
