Our client is currently seeking an experienced Inventory Officer to support the day to to operations of a large transport and container company at the Port of Brisbane.
n

Duties Of The Role n
n
- Ensure integrity of specific client inventory held at site
n
- Identify and investigate all stock discrepancies and reporting as required
n
- Co-ordinate daily cycle counts and wall to wall storage location checks to ensure integrity of client inventory nationally
n
- Assist with stock takes, including scheduling, updating procedures and reconciliation resources
n
- Maintains WMS database in terms of parity between systems and report KPI variances
n
- Monitor and deliver on all relevant inventory KPIs and report to internal stakeholders and the customer
n
- Assist with training of inventory control concepts and methods of measurement and improvement
n
Qualifications nn
- Sound experience in WMS systems in an RF setting
n
- Sound experience within the Logistics industry preferably in a 3PL environment with focus on inventory management functions
n
- High Reach/Counter Balance Forklift licence highly desirable but not essential
n
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Officer user
n
- Ability to meet the roles responsibilities with minimal supervision.
n
