An established investment manager operating across the Australian real estate market is seeking a Senior Funds Analyst to join its Funds Management team.

This is a broad, commercially focused role sitting at the intersection of funds management, investments, treasury and portfolio management. You will play a key role in providing the modelling, analysis and insights supporting capital management and investment decisions across the platform.

Key Responsibilities n

- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial and cash flow models.
n
- Analyse portfolio funding requirements, liquidity and capital deployment.
n
- Assess the financial impact of new and existing investments.
n
- Work closely with investment teams on transaction activity and portfolio movements.
n
- Prepare portfolio analysis, forecasts and reporting.
n
- Support ongoing fund management and investment performance analysis.
n
- Identify opportunities to enhance modelling, reporting and analytical processes.

About You n

You will ideally have experience within funds management, private markets, real estate investment, private credit or a similar investment environment.

- Advanced financial modelling skills, particularly across cash flow, liquidity or treasury.
n
- Experience analysing investments at a fund or portfolio level.
n
- Strong commercial judgement and problem-solving capability.
n
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
n
- Solid analytical capability and attention to detail.
n
- CFA qualification or progress towards CFA would be advantageous.
n

Experience within private credit or real estate investments would be particularly relevant, although candidates from adjacent investment backgrounds with robust modelling and commercial capabilities are encouraged to apply.
