Job Description

Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is seeking a compassionate Child and Family Health Nurse to join our community-based team supporting children aged 0-5 years. You will deliver Universal Health Home Visits, developmental assessments, health surveillance and screening services.
