We’re working with a leading international architecture and design practice on an exciting upcoming project. This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Architect/ Facade Lead to take ownership of complex façade, roof and building envelope packages across large-scale, high-profile projects.

The Role n

n
- Lead the development, coordination and delivery of façade and roof packages
n
- Develop and review architectural details, drawings and documentation
n
- Coordinate façade and roof interfaces with structure, services, waterproofing and other disciplines
n
- Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers
n
- Maintain design intent while ensuring solutions are practical, coordinated and buildable
n
- Review consultant and specialist information
n
- Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues
n
- Attend design reviews, workshops and coordination meetings
n
- Take ownership of package delivery, quality and project timelines
n

What We're Looking For nn
- 5–10 years' professional architectural experience
n
- Master's degree in Architecture
n
- Australian Architectural Registration preferred, or working towards registration
n




- Strong experience across façade, roof and/or building envelope packages
n
- Strong technical documentation and detailing skills
n
- Excellent knowledge of Revit and BIM
n
- Experience with Rhino; Grasshopper highly regarded
n
- Good understanding of the NCC and Australian façade standards
n
- Confident communicating with clients, consultants and project teams
n
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
n
- Ability to lead a significant architectural package within a multidisciplinary team
