The Opportunity

This is not your standard compliance‑heavy role.

As an Intermediate Accountant, you’ll work closely with senior team members and Partners, gaining exposure to a broad range of work including:

Preparation of financial statements and tax returns

Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting

Client advisory and business structuring support

Assistance with transactions (business sales/purchases)

Liaising directly with clients, stakeholders and the ATO





Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Managing workflow and WIP to meet deadlines

You’ll be trusted with real responsibility and supported every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years’ experience in public practice (essential)

CA or CPA (completed or in progress)

Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge

Confident communicator with a client‑focused mindset

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

A proactive attitude and desire to grow your career
