Your New Position n
Are you a creative content strategist and hands‑on maker looking to take complete ownership of brand storytelling?
n We are seeking a proactive and driven Content Manager to plan, produce, and optimise multi‑channel content across digital, print, social, and CRM touchpoints. Joining a collaborative marketing team at our modern Norwest head office, you will drive brand awareness, support lead generation, and elevate the customer experience through compelling visual and written narrative.

- Work Arrangement: Full‑Time, 5 days in office (Flexible early/late start & finish times + ad hoc WFH days)

Key Responsibilities nn
- Content Strategy & Publishing: Plan, create, and manage an integrated content calendar aligned with key business priorities and customer journeys. Write engaging copy across social media, email, website, brochures, display homes, advertising, and corporate award submissions.
n
- Creative Production & Asset Management: Design visual marketing assets across digital and print. Direct and coordinate photography, videography, and external agency/production suppliers from brief through to final delivery.
n
- Social & Owned Channel Operations: Manage, schedule, and optimise content across social media channels, website, and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
n
- Performance & Optimisation:
Monitor channel analytics (engagement, traffic, leads, conversion) and leverage data‑driven insights to refine future content strategies.
n
- Asset Governance: Maintain and organise the digital asset library to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
n
What We Are Looking For nn
- Industry Experience: Construction, Property, Building or heavily regulated industry
n
- End-to-End Content Experience: Proven experience generating, publishing, and optimising campaign content across paid, owned, and earned channels.
n
- CRM & Email Automation: Hands-on experience executing nurture journeys and email marketing via Salesforce, Pardot, or a comparable CRM platform.
n
- Design Skills: Basic graphic design capability with practical proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
n
- Visual Storytelling: Ability to script, shoot, edit, or direct multimedia content (photo and video).
n
- Qualifications: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is desirable.
n
