The Role n

This is a broad, autonomous role sitting at the intersection of IT support and logistics operations. You'll be the go-to person for resolving system issues, supporting our internal teams, and ensuring our Transport Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) run without a hitch.

Your day-to-day will include: n

- Triaging and resolving Level 1 & 2 support tickets via phone and email — fast and accurately
n
- Managing and escalating tickets to our MSP and external vendors to ensure national service delivery
n
- Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting EDI files (XML, CSV, JSON)
n




- Data entry and record management across our TMS and WMS platforms
n
- Testing and reporting on system updates and new feature releases
n
- Supporting mobile app deployment on phones and warehouse scanners, linked to cloud applications
n
- Documenting solutions, procedures, and processes to build a strong internal knowledge base
n

What We're Looking For nn
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Systems
n
- 1-2 years' experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk role (L1/L2 support)
n
- Hands-on experience with service desk tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Freshdesk
n
- Strong communication skills — you'll work with both technical teams and non-technical staff
n
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing competing priorities in a busy environment
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering quality IT support
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n

Desirable (but not essential) nn
- Experience with Logistics (TMS) or Warehouse (WMS) applications
n
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
n
- Familiarity with JAIX is a definite advantage
n
