What You’ll Be Doing

- Accounts Payable – Processing high volume invoices, supplier reconciliations, and managing payment runs.
- Ensuring accuracy across multi location, multi entity financial operations.
- Using SAP to manage transactions, approvals, and reporting.
- Bank reconciliations and handling complex financial data.
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers,



and customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial processes.

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable role within a wholesale, retail, or fast-moving commercial environment.
- Proven ability to manage high volume, complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong working knowledge within an enterprise ERP e.g. Oracle, JDE, SAP (essential).
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and strong reconciliation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
