Job Description
The Budgie Bar, in collaboration with Holly’s Bar & Kitchen, is seeking a passionate Head Chef to own and elevate our kitchen offering. You’ll lead a small team, shape menus across Holly’s Italian-inspired dishes, Budgie’s bar meals and events, and work closely with GM, FOH, Bar and Marketing for a cohesive venue experience.
