This part time role (3 days per week) will partner with leaders to shape learning solutions, grow leadership capabilities, and drive development planning across the organisation from our People & Culture team in Sydney.
You will lead the L&D; strategy, curate our learning platform, manage the budget, and design effective programs for both teams and individuals.
