Go Electrical Kirrawee is part of MMEM, one of Australia’s largest electrical wholesaling groups. We have the backing of a national network and the feel of a local branch, where the team knows its customers and helps each other out.

The Role n

You’ll serve customers at the trade counter, prepare project quotes and look after key customer accounts. It’s a busy branch, so you’ll work closely with the team and pitch in wherever needed.

This is a full time role – Monday to Friday. The team rotate one Saturday morning shift a month, from 7:30am to 11:00am.

What You’ll Do n

n
- Serve trade customers at the counter, over the phone and by email
n
- Prepare quotes for projects and follow up with customers
n
- Manage orders and enquiries for key accounts
n
- Work with suppliers to source products and pricing
n
- Help customers find the right products and keep orders moving
n
- Lend a hand with other branch tasks as needed
n

About You nn




- Experience in trade sales or customer service, or a background on the tools with an interest in moving into sales
n
- Comfortable preparing quotes and working across different systems
n
- Able to build relationships with customers
n
- Organised, willing to learn and happy to help the team
n
- Current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
n

Electrical wholesale experience would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
