Job Description

Bupa Clayton, Victoria is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in a care home environment. You will work with the General Manager and fellow CSC to welcome new staff, maintain compliance, and keep rostering and payroll systems on track.

The role also covers front‑of‑house receptionist duties, delivering a warm, skilled experience to residents, visitors and staff while contributing to smooth daily operations and a positive workplace culture.
