Senior Legal Counsel - Dispute Resolution 8 + PQE n

Reporting to the Global Head of Corporate & Disputes, the successful candidate will manage complex arbitrations, mediations, and litigation both within Australia and globally. Position Description n

You will provide legal support across a domestic and international disputes.

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Oversee and instruct counsel on domestic and international matters including consumer arbitrations
n
- Develop and manage overall litigation strategy with the support to pursue unique resolution options
n
- Handle day-to-day administration of a large caseload, including evidence preparation and management
n
- Instruct and collaborate with external counsel on defense preparationsAssist with emerging class actions
n
- Assist with broad BAU legal work
n
- Manage administrative tasks with strong organisational skills, ensuring smooth handling of disputes
n
- Ensure internal stakeholders are across strategy and developments
n

Ideal Candidate n

We are seeking candidates who brings:

- 8 + years of experience as a Lawyer within a litigation focused team. We would also welcome applications with strong insurance (defendant) litigation experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
