Job Description
We are looking for a creative, energetic and outgoing Marketing & Content Creator to join our team and bring fresh ideas to a diverse portfolio of businesses and brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves content, social media, branding, websites and all things creative . You’ll work across multiple portfolios, meaning no two days will be the same. One day you might be creating social content and filming on-site, and the next you could be working on a new website, developing a campaign or helping shape the look and feel of a brand.

We want someone who is fun, vibrant, confident with people and full of ideas — someone who can take ownership of our marketing and bring our businesses to life.
Key Responsibilities n
Create engaging photo, video and written content across multiple businesses and brands
n
Manage and create content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
n
Plan, film, edit and produce short-form video content, reels and promotional material
n
Develop creative content calendars and marketing campaigns
n
Assist with the creation, development and ongoing management of company websites
n
Keep website content, imagery, project information and company information up to date
n
Develop and maintain consistent branding across each business
n
Create marketing material including brochures, company profiles, advertisements, presentations and promotional content
n
Attend workplaces, projects, events and other locations to capture content
n
Work with employees, clients and management to create authentic and engaging content
n
Generate new ideas to increase brand awareness and engagement
n
Assist with recruitment marketing and job advertisements
n
Coordinate photography, videography and other external marketing services when required
n
Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement
n
Manage multiple brands and projects while maintaining a different identity and tone for each

Skills & Experience n
Experience in marketing, content creation, social media, digital media or a similar role is highly regarded.
n
Experience with the following would be advantageous:
n
Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
n
Video editing software
n
Social media management
n
Photography and videography
n
Website creation and management
n
WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or similar platforms
n
Meta Business Suite
n
Basic SEO and digital marketing
n
Graphic design and brand development
n
Formal marketing qualifications are welcomed but creativity, personality, initiative and a strong portfolio of work are just as important to us.
