ABOUT THE ROLE n

We are seeking dedicated Care Service Employees to join our team.

n

In this hands‑on role, you will deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care that supports residents’ independence, dignity and wellbeing, in line with Evergreen’s mission and HEART values.

Key Responsibilities: n

n
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, hydration, mobility and transfers.
n
- Monitor residents' wellbeing, report changes and complete required observations in line with care plans.
n
- Accurately document care and resident responses in clinical records.
n
- Assist with basic clinical tasks and medication support under the direction of a Registered Nurse, within scope.
n
- Use care equipment safely and maintain a clean, protected and supportive environment.
n
- Support residents to participate in societal activities and outings.
n

ABOUT YOU n

You are a caring, reliable and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting older people to live with dignity and independence.



You bring a person‑centred approach to care and take pride in delivering high‑quality support in a team‑based environment.

You will possess: n

- A Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Aged Care
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families and team members.
n
- Minimum 6 months experience supporting personal care and daily living activities in an aged care or health setting.
n
- The ability to work within scope of practice, follow care plans, and take direction from Registered Nurses.
n
- A commitment to resident privacy, confidentiality and safe work practices.
n
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a flexible, multi‑skilled team.
n
- A current National Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain one).
n
- Willingness to participate in a pre‑employment medical assessment.
n
