Job Description

Rugby World Cup Australia is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end hiring from the Sydney office. You will manage candidate screening, interview logistics, and compliance, acting as the link between candidates, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.

The role requires 2–3 years in recruitment or coordination, solid systems skills (SuccessFactors, MS Office, Google), and excellent communication.
